My son was a true Christian soldier; he was killed in Iraq on Nov 28, 2006. I am posting this message so others can witness how a soldier of God believes, and how he conducts himself, Chris now stands in God's Army.

I am positive that many, many people lost their family members feel the same that you do. Otherwise, they would not be in the military. I have been expressing my conviction about the military, regardless. I will not repeat myself because I already did in my thread. I hope you read my posts in my threads about the "military" sincerely |

Garland, you are in my prayers. Our God is a Father of compassion and comfort; our distress is for our comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3). May God comfort you at this time.
God bless.

Mr. Mason; Our condolences to you, the family and friends in your loss.
The sacrifices that our young persons make, when joining the military, is a very Godly thing to do. To enlist is a very big decision and a genuine patriotic spirit is what drives most young persons to serve their Country with Pride, Integrity and a Reverence for God. It was God's laws that were used to form this great nation - The United States of America. For those fine, dedicated and righteous persons who volunteer to protect our nation, we owe our deep gratitude for allowing us to continue with our liberties, our way of life and the religious freedoms that we all enjoy. To our gallant citizens who have chosen to be a part of our tradition of military service, we commend them and ask God to bless them. For those who die in protecting our nation, from the ones who wish to kill us and who wish to destroy democracy, we ask God, in prayer, to welcome them 'home' and to provide strength to the families and loved ones in their grieving. God bless you and Amen.
