Ha ha ..... Larry ....

Anyways , I don't think it is the original corn that make us fat . It is what they are doing with it and hiding it in food and trying to fool us.

Corn is popping up in the most unlikely places. It’s in our soft drinks and juices, hamburgers and chicken, cookies and cakes, breads and crackers, yogurt and granola bars, pizza and fast foods -- and it’s making us fat.

The stuff that's good for you isn't so bad after you eat it for a while. It's just your taste buds. They crave the fatty, salty stuff.

When I began eating raw veggies and fruit and such and ate some fast food, it was way to salty. Absolutely disgusting! I could literally taste the grease and oils.

So that shows that when you eat the good stuff, the stuff that once tasted good starts tasting really bad.

I want to change my diet...I'm going to invest in more raw, organic foods.

The article isn't saying corn is bad overall. The problem is how we are eating it. A large amount of the corn crop are set aside for extracting certain parts of it. In one case, they are actually extracting the least healthy part of corn for us and putting it in other foods because it is cost effective.

Corn is a very effective crop because it has been being cultivated and gone through artificial selection for thousands of years. The problem is we are pinching every last thing out of the corn that we can even if its bad for our health overall. This is unnecessary for our situation, however I do support it in other parts of the world were its either doing this or having a complete lack of food which would cause people to starve. I don't push for organic stuff, but I stay away from foods that abuse these fattening byproducts.

Organic foods are cleaner and I find they actually taste better.

Eating healthy requires a paradigm change and going against the flow of advertising in general (although 'green' is increasingly in).

It takes time and some effort. It won't happen overnight, but is well worth it.

That's exactly what I was saying and you summerized it well. Thanks

Hello-

Well, lets not get excited now. Corn in itself is part of the original diet God gave man from the beginning to eat- (vegetarian).

But, what is bad for man, is the parts of vegetation that we break down and seperate in to lesser forms.

Sugar products found naturally in vegetation is best for us, because its in a natural state our digestive systems were designed to break down into forms our bodies can use the most from.

Its not that we are getting too much corn, but are feeding on forms of plant commponents broken down into smaller ones that our bodies do not digest very well because they are in a form not naturally found.

To top it off, its man processed foods with all the addititives in them that are slowly destroying our bodies. Example-

There is one particular form of diabetes tests have proven, are caused from particular additives or preservatives to food that collect around specific cells and prevent the normal transfer and cellular production and level controlling of the type of sucrose our body needs.

Scientists and technicians doing testing on humans of these diverse weed, bug killers, food preservatives, fertilizers, hormones, man made vitamins and more, know that many of such things do minor harm to our bodies.

But, when they figure the minor amount is what they call "neglagable", they forget when we take it in daily, only part of the negatives are removed, the rest stays and slowly builds up, getting worse over time.

Now, lets say we consider 4-5 different things that can leave residue behind and build up over time. What eventually happens?

Cancer-

If were to study cancer closely, what it really is, is normal cells that for some reason, start operating crazy. Thier normal process is changed so they operate completely out of control and opposite how they should.

Since 1998 till 2005, nearly 30 diverse drugs were removed from the consumer market because tests came out showing just how dangerous some drugs, some coatings, some bonding agents and more were actually more detrimental than helpful to us.

We already know that hormones and more additives given to cows for milk production and beef raising, leave residues you and I eat or drink from those products.

We never saw the level of disease as high amongst civilized man as we do now, and the growth of it, particularly since the advanced age of technology we've shot very fast thru in the last 30-40 years.

I suggest man goes back to old original ways of growing all forms of produce. Completely natural, without all the additives, preservatives, hormones and more. We may not be able to reverse effects on people living now, but can help to lessen carried over effects to future generations.

Man has never before, ever seen a day of such high numbers of diseases, birth defects or miscarriages, etc.

Man would have to return to the old ways of farming and raising livestock etc, if not for Christ returning before man could destroy himself that way.

God Bless!!

It’s all Jimmy’s fault.
He’s the one that started it.
He started cracking that corn and he didn’t care.
He just didn’t care.
He kept cracking that corn and then pretty soon, nobody cared.
Everybody was cracking corn.
The corn cracking addiction was running rampant.
It just couldn’t be stopped.

That’s right… it all started with that Jimmy and his corn cracking.

Jimmy makes me sick.
