aww people say Bryers is really good also and I notice it has the same price as Nestle but Nestle has this sweeeeeeeeeet soft yummy taste LOL. I have to give Bryers a chance :P

I am not a Breyers guy though I would not turn it down. When I am really craving IC I go to Baskin Robbins or get some Ben and Jerry's but neither of those are health food.

I didn't know anyone thought the ones at the beginning were healthy foods. Hardly seems like debunking. This whole report was very basic, but I guess its helpful to get the information out there more.

It is a caffiene adiction- try skipping it and if you are hooked you will miss it. I have gotten back to drinking coffee- I kick the habit twice a year to show I can but I always come back later
. Oh well I don't smoke, drink, gamble, etc so I guess 2 cups of coffee a day is okay.
