Have you seen the Jesus boat? The original from Jesus' day is not much to look at, but scroll down and look at the model they made based on the original.

It'll be a great trip from what I have heard as it's such a historic place. Watch out those camels though - they spit. I'll look forward to your report of what you saw while over there.

You'd need long arms to put into the water based on the "Boats" that I saw going through the locks in Valleyfield, Quebec years ago. That was quite an experience in "very large."

To my amazment they raised the water level in the lock for one solitary normal size boat (less than 10 meters in length) while I was there. Before the water was raised - it looked like a toy as far down as it was in this immense lock.

Anyway the visit was a Cecil B. DeMille moment - uh.. well... Bo and Dusty will know what I mean.

Have you been to the locks?

I have been to the locks in Ontario .... the Welland Canal. and yah I know what you mean......

I don't know what locks are xD :P

But what I was thinking about was boat rides in my country Lebanon in the Mediterranean sea. It was amazing :'(

But I have heard of places yeah where here in Canada they raise the water and lower the water for boats to pass, that must take time..
