My wife and I left church today and in the car she asked if I thought the Pastor was talking about her...she was really concerned. I smiled and told her he was but he was talking about me also. The wheels are turning... am I saved, do I have to surrender, are my actions for God, am I yelling Lord Lord but not doing what He asks? This is a great time in our lives, and it's going to get even better with God in it.

I really had to push (and pray) to get our family to agree to attend the church we are in right now, we are so blessed, it took a while to find it but man you know it's where to be when you worship there.

Who am I

Almost sounds like the same Church I was at this morning.
The Pastor talked a little about how Pastors love to hear when someone says “I heard Jesus talking to me when you were preaching”

Sounds like Jesus was talking through your Pastor to you today.
Same thing happened to me too. I heard exactly what I needed to hear in Church today.

I got some answers, but of course had more questions as well.
I think God likes for us to have questions about some things. It makes us talk to Him to find the answers.

Cool , you guys. I love it . Yes that is why we go to church not for ourselves but for Him. Christ gives us messages, He gives us exactly the Words we need for where we are in our lives . That is why we are told not to forget the gathering of ourselves. Awesome guys.

In our church the theme for the month is " Stay Connected " . In the summer months when people are taking vacation and having family outings and gatherings .... it is so important that we stay connected to the Vine , Christ Jesus and stay connected with other Christians. It is so easy to drift but if we put Him first, and read His Word that is the most important.
