Aha!
I was taking communion here at home, just with piece of bread and some juice. And I started to compare it to the practical ways that we do it every day. By taking in the word. So I compared my spiritual life to my physical life and I knew that physically I was being lazy. Eating, but not getting out there and using that energy enough, so I feel sluggish and not so alive. I feel not so spiritually great right now either, because I'm taking in lot's of the word, but not going out there and exercising it. So I'm fat with spiritual food, but I don't come to life and get energized until I start to put it to work in my body. I don't know what exactly to do though. ![]() Spiritually I feel like my mind is almost too open - like no view of God is acceptable, so I push everything aside, because it's all just my rotten point of view... I need to get involved so these things become practical and alive. I knew this stuff, but I just noticed it was my problem. It's like a mechanic who knows how to do oil changes, not recognizing when he needs an oil change.

A painter's house is usually the last to get painted!
