i felt like i was inbetween 2 islands in a dingy,going round and round without going anywhere.

Indeed- life had no real purpose or meaning and I simply wasted time going from one unfulfilling experience to the next.

Good description, Michael. We all felt the void and emptiness and wander around not knowing why until we confesses our sins and Jesus came into our lives and then and only then does life have a meaning . Praise God Michael that He saved you and me.
