Thank you Univac, you've helped a lot.
Wow, looking at my past dreams in this new way makes so much sense. My Dream: My family and I were at my grandpa's house in the country. My dad and his family built it when he was a teenager. I suddenly heard screaming from the front yard and ran out to see what was happening. My oldest sister was being attacked by a bear. I ran into the house and my father and I tried to find a gun and the right ammo to shoot the bear. We couldn't find any ammo - so - as unrealistic as this is - we went into a shed beside the house (Which doesn't actually exist) and my dad tried to reload a round. For some reason nothing was working none of the bullets and shells matched up. Nothing was what it was supposed to be. I got frustrated with my dad and felt he was being incredibly stupid and careless about what was going on. I though it was too late, and ran out to the front to see my sister still being attacked. Pulled by her legs. I pulled on her arms and the bear eventually let her go, but she was very mangled. There was pretty much nothing left of her form the waist down. My Interpretation: This dream took place at my grandpa's house to represent the place where the sin in our family was passed down from. The generational strongholds that were passed along from generation to generation. The bear represented the sin of that stronghold. In real life my sister is no doubt - struggling with the sin. Hurt by it, and continuing to live in sin and be attacked and maimed spiritually, it all rooting from the sin of my father and his father - the bear. My father and I both go to this place that isn't real to come up with answers and things that may help my sister, but our efforts are pointless trying to do it this way. I realize that my dad is being stupid and not really caring about what is happening. He's basically functioning like a robot just doing what he thinks he has to do - not moved enough by love to find the right way to help his daughter. Maybe because the same bear tormented him, he figured she'd be okay. In the dream my sister was freed from the bear, but not without being completely ruined. I don't know if she lived. What should have happened is that my dad should have stayed in the house that actually exists, and represents our home. Back with his family. (As he is living away from us now, with another woman, in that place that isn't real spiritually, and nothing he gets from there is real and can help him or his family from his sin.) In that house he would have found real things to make a round for his weapon that would have dropped that bear. Since he hasn't been working on it, I may have to intervene now and help show him how to make the round. The bullet being the word of God, the case being himself - born again, and the charge being the Holy Spirit.

This is cool, let me do another one
![]() ![]() My Dream: Several years ago I had a strange dream. Possibly as much as ten years ago. I was around 10 years old - if that. In this dream My family was walking down a walkway. A path, and beside it was a small stream, and just beside the stream, was a wall. I had a knowledge that my whole family was there, but the only people that I was actually aware of, and who participated in this dream, were me and my father. At the start, I was an infant. My father carried me along the path. But soon he set me down into the stream, where I floated - in some kind of basket - along the river beside him while he walked. Soon we came to a doorway in the wall by the stream and my dad entered. I got out of the stream by myself and suddenly was older. Still a child, but older. Before entering that doorway to follow my dad, I saw this evil looking beaver in the entrance. Terrified of it, I called to my dad. As he came back through the doorway I noticed that he didn't look like my father anymore, he appeared as a younger man. As if an older brother, which I've never had. As he comes my way I hear the beaver angrily whispering "No, no, no, no, no, etc..." And the "No's" faded out with the dream. My Interpretation: The walkway represents the walk of life. Simply living out life. When I gave my life to Christ as a child, that's when my father set me in the water in my dream. I subttly, without even knowing it, let the waters take me through life. My dad walks under his own strength through life until he comes up to this doorway. I see the doorway as the entrance into the way of sin, that is inevitable if you're walking through life under your own strength, rather than letting the streams of living water take you by God's power. My dad enters the doorway, but when I come to this same doorway, because of wanting to follow my dad, I see this beaver. The beaver actually represents alternatives. An alternative way to life. But I recognized the beaver as evil, when I suppose my dad didn't see it there. He just saw something appealing. Alternative ways to live life other than surrendering himself to the Lord. Humbling himself to get into the river as well. And here is where I believe it gets to what is to come in the future. I don't enter, but instead I see the lies and evil marking that doorway and I call my dad back. He returns to me as a new man. Younger, and more child-like, he has humbled himself. I do not recognize him because he is a new man. My brother in Christ. The devil and the demons aren't happy about this, but soon their objections fade more and more, until finally we wake up to reality.

My dad has told me before that he has dreams like mine, where we're being attacked my something. Be it an animal, T-Rex, or men, whatever - and when we go to get guns to defend ourselves and fight, there's always a problem. It's either we can't get to the guns - the case is locked or something, or the guns are missing, or the trigger is just wayy to hard to pull, or we don't have the right ammo, or the guns just don't work/ turn out not to be real.
Most often the trigger is too hard and won't pull. (Us not able to do things under our own strength, by worldly means, possibly because we're letting fear take over and we're trying to hard.) and we don't have the right ammo. (The right words - the word of God) or the guns aren't real/ don't work, because they are the physical ways of doing things that we are all too used to.
