Last minute change of plans. I wasn't going to go to grad this year since I have to do a few courses still next year. But now I'm going not as a graduate, but a girl asked me to go with her, she has a ticket for me and everything. I am excited. It's today at 6PM. (10:30AM right now)

Thing is, I don't have very dressy clothes, AND my mother completely messed up my hair, trying to cut it. She cut way to much off of the back. So I'm wearing a hat, nobody can stop me. All in all, I don't know if I'll be dressed very accordingly because of these things.

Other than that I have to say no to alcohol. I'm running on the new wine. Ummmm. Yea not long ago I thought I'd go ahead and have a couple drinks. Just to relax. But I guess I'm so submitted to God, so addicted to being close to Him, that that didn't even fly. A little buzz and I feel too far from Him and I start to cry out and get all worried. lol.

Also, I really don't want to dance. I hope it's not a sort of forced thing to dance with your date. I don't dance. I just don't.

This isn't actually a date. I'm just going as her friend, I don't know if she knows that. She asked me to go the other day. We never see each other, only once in a while at school. But I saw her on my way to work and she started hanging on me and TELLING me I'm going to grad with her. Kind of awkward. I don't see how she'd know I didn't still have a girlfriend.

Wish me luck enough that I don't have to dance.

It was funny. At her house her friends date pointed out a copy of the quran. Turns out her step-dad is Muslim. But then all the way there, her mother played Christian music from a CD. So either her mom is a Christian, or they're a little confused.

May Christ prevail in that family!

All went well. I found another "Gun Nut" to talk to at my table.

And I didn't have to dance! Wooot!

Hey, so I went to a movie with her today, saw HellBoy 2.

As a friend.

She says I'm a walking enigma, and I have to tell her about myself tomorrow.



Not an easy thing to explain, sometimes I can't even remember what happened to me and make sense of it. XD
