I have been reading this wonderful book by Andrew Murray. I'd like to share some of it's content because I think we all could benefit from it.
Therefore every morning, "present yourselves unto God as those that are alive from the dead." He will maintain the life He gave, and bestow the grace to live as risen ones. All this can only be in the power of the Holy Spirit, who dwells in you. Count upon Him to glorify Christ in you. Count upon Christ to increase in you the inflowing of His Spirit. As you wait before God to realize His presence, remember that the Spirit is in you to reveal the things of God. Seek in God's presence to have the anointing of the Spirit of Christ so truly that your whole life may every moment be spiritual. As you meditate on this wondrous salvation and seek full fellowship with the great and holy God, and wait on Him to reveal Christ in you, you will feel how needful the giving up of all is to receive Him. Seek grace to know what it means to live as wholly for God as Christ did. Only the Holy Spirit Himself can teach you what an entire yielding of the whole life to God can mean. Wait on God to show you what an entire yielding of the whole life to God can mean. Wait on God to show you in this what you do not know. Let every approach to God, and every request for fellowship with Him be accompanied by a new, very definite, and entire surrender to Him to work in you. He goes on to say that all this must be done with the faith that He can accomplish all He has promised as you surrender to Him. He says to "Begin each day thus in fellowship with God, and God will be all in all to you." I hope this uplifts all of you with the hope that there is a way to live a holy life and that it does not have to be through your own strength to accomplish it, but through Christ, we can be strong in our weaknesses.

Love it SS, this is what I'm being called to do. Complete and total surrender.
My routines are going to be changing now. I'm going to be getting in shape. Helping out around the house. Not wasting so much time on the computer. Start every day out with time with God. Spending money wisely. Biking to work every time to save money to donate to the church. Not taking and eating small things at work as that IS still stealing, even if it's a baby carrot. And as much as possible, looking around constantly to see what I can do for whom. Constantly seeking to be filled with the Holy Spirit, and trusting God. In "The Deeper Christian Life" that Boan posted (Yes I bring it up more yet XD) The guy talked about always being filled and how God will make the presence of the Holy Spirit obvious to you, like if you're at work and have 10 men talking around you, He'll make the Holy Spirit more obvious than that yet. Sorry, anything that's not sinful that is, or... you know...you're kicking God right on out of your heart. I believe He was talking about what I experienced the other day at work. It started while I was on break. Everything just became so surreal. I was much less aware of the physical world around me and how big it is, it just seamed to leave my mind, and to seam small and unimportant. Everything I saw was wonderful. I breathed deeply and just waited in anticipation for what God might have around the corner. Let me tell you, His presence was obvious enough you could be doing ANYTHING at all, and He'd be obvious to you.I realized as a new Christian I had spent too much time in my head, with the theories (Because I honestly amaze myself with my theories - lol) and seekign those feelings, that I wasn't out in the world doing what I was supposed to be doing. Taking care of people and what not. Focusing on who God is and what He'd want me to do, not the deep theories surrounding the spiritual experiences. If this is you - smarten up. Please and thank you.

God must be doing something in all of us,
I have been waking at 5 am for the last few days and spending time with Him, in the Word and in prayer. It is so much easier to be in His presence when no-one is around and giving that first portion of my day is honoring to Him I believe. Thanks for this thread SS !
