Now they are saying that coffee is good for you. Who are you suppose to believe ? Anyways .... I will still drink the stuff no matter what they say.

Yes, butter is no good for you - use margerine. Then margerine is bad for you use something else. We have been using butter for about 10 years now and I just don't pay much attention to all these studies which are contradictory in time and based on only a few cases. Why would natural foods be bad for you? Most of them are fads, which come and go. Go with the coffee. Everybody dies of something someday - I guarantee it 100%.

I've reduced from all day to 2 cups... My Dx says since their is a history of osteoporosis with my mom that coffee or acid drinks like coffee is bad ...

Hey Larry II ..... An't that the truth. Me...... I have this friend who takes great pains to juice and make smoothies and raw veg juice like he says is supposed to be good for you........ Hello... I said to him ... Well, I like to taste my food and not put it all in a blender or juicer. And like you said ... It is appointed unto man once to die. Isn't it what we do for the Lord what counts. ? And He will take care of the rest.

I must have my morning coffee. I have given it up several times before ( for months) but I always come back. I guess if that is the worst thing I do I will be okay.

I don't really worry about what is bad for me. I don't try to be stupid about it, but I wont really worry either. If it kills me, its just "giving me a ticket". If it doesn't I'm enjoying myself.

Back when I was young, I started getting bad panic attacks and the doctor told me to stop drinking caffeine. I did.

Eleven years later, the panic attacks were gone (last year). And by accident I took a gulp of my buddy's regular coffee and BAM!!!!

My eyes opened to a brand new world sparkling with colors and sounds and vibrating all over the place!

I can't see, honestly, how I went 11 years without coffee. It's like blood to me now. I have to have it. It's the greatest invention. I could kiss the Guy who invented the coffee bean.

Oh...but they said on the news that the coffee-thing only works on women because they metabolize it differently. No nevermind to me...I still love the stuff! Whoo hoo!
