Default Praying banned, weapons and immorality promoted.

Recently I came across a news article, where a child was punished and send to the prinicipal for praying before having his food. Another student was stopped from praying in his dorm. Surprisingly, the governments can legalize weapons, homosexuality, immorality and when it comes to religious freedom, it's a crime! What's hapening to the world. Why are the ten commandments removed from the law. Stem cell research is gaining more approval. One thing is for sure, before Jesus could come back, the Gospel WILL BE PREACHED to ALL.

I don't know much about it, but I support stem cell research ONLY if it is to recreate for example artificial organs for people to live, and NOT if killing/creating babies is involved.

has anyone read Frankenstein by Mary Shelley? It is a warning to people to not mess with nature or you will create a monster. Nope, no genetic engenieering for me.

That's true, but surely there must be a difference between saving a life and "engineering" humans?

i had genetic engineering as a subject 8) . stem cell research in simple english is to kill a baby at its very early stage (when the cells are not differentiated into organs) and use the cells to create new organs or some part of the human body that could be replaced during a time of injury. stem cells have great potentials of growing into anything they want (totipotency) like kidney, liver, anything. doing this will give great insights to scientists of how human body parts grow and develop.
Doesnt it cost a lot of lives (babies). or is it....babies are group of differentiated stem cells with four limbs and they are not babies when the cells dont differentiate? Its the way you see it. I think stem cells research could be compared to abortion and the only difference is the time when the killing is done (earlier in case of stem cell reasearch).

Oh I didn't know that stem cell involved babies. I thought that it was just..."cells". :?

Stem cell research has been given increased attention. There has been real good results in this field and the future results looks very promising.

Now the truth is that, Human lives are destroyed at its embryonic stage. Its another version of abortion. This has been made legal in many countries and now, huge funds are diverted that way. Recently, Illinois's governor announced yesterday he was diverting $5 million from the state budget for stem cell research, despite repeated objections from state legislators. The move came a day after President Bush vetoed federal legislation that would have expanded funding for embryonic stem cell research.

We dont have the authority to take lives, except for God.

OK, I am no scientist, but isn't there several kinds of stem cells? Only some stem cells are from an unborn baby?

I didn't really know what stem cell was, but from what you describe, I don't believe in it.

Hy Family in Christ.

As for me, Im against anything that harms the life of an unborn child.
I was Blessed to see the birth's of my Children. I know how Precious they are. I love them. I love all children, period.
They are a gift from the Lord.

If schoolchildren want to Pray/say Grace before a meal they should be able to without any fear. Its there right to do so.

This World is in big trouble when it say that evil is good and that good is evil.

Let us not tire in planting seeds Brothers and Sisters. The people of this world are perishing.
Psalm Chpt-37 Vrs-20 But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away.

What's going on in this world in simply crazy. and people have no idea of the horor that awaits.

What the people of this world need, is less of themselves and more of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Glory to Him.
