Hi there,

As usual I prayed before going to bed and typically I go to bed listening to sermons wearing my headphones. During my sleep I saw a horrible dream. The Dream was like flashes. In the first one I put my hand on one of my family members to pray for him but I couldn’t say a word. My vocal cords got jammed or something.

Then I went to a room in my parent’s house. There was the ghost appears and it s female ghost. She was freaky. The I told her in the name of Jesus to leave this premises but I couldn’t hear what I said, may be it’s because I was wearing headphones but I felt some kind of the pressure on my chest. So the voice didn’t come out.

Then I was at the competition, it a bit like a survivor program on TV. I was running with other to some place and then this guy pointed at a pool of filth and told me to jump in to the pool. I refused and he insists he said it part of the game. I jumped into the pool of filth wait in it for 10-15Mins. When I came out from it, that ghost appear again, I start to pray and command it to leave. It was laughing at me because not a single word came from my mouth. Then I start say Jesus, Jesus repeated. I guess one word is easy to say than many. The ghost started to get worry. I kept saying Jesus for almost 10mins. It didn’t go but it kept staring at me. I saw her eyes they were like pale green /grayish. Suddenly it started to appear and disappear at the same time. Just like a flashing bulb.

Then it took me to some where dark, it’s bit like after 6PM to a park or something. I was on the ground it was standing on top of me. I screen, I said Jesus please help me hear I said it repeatedly. I said the word Jesus for about 10Min, then I call his Hebrew name, Yeshua! Then I heard a voice from the back, sort of like some talking from the background. Then I felt like I was released. More like I was wrapped with something and then got unwrapped then I woke up.

When I woke up, I heard all my hostel mates were standing next to my door and talking about something. My guess is that they heard all the things that I said. Certain things I said in that dream I can remember and they are humiliating. I guess they heard them all. Since I screamed I think the whole hostel heard about it.

I have a feeling that demons want to humiliate me by other people by exposing my personal humiliating things to others during sleep. Because I don’t have control over my self while asleep. I rarely, talk while asleep except recently I start to speak during sleep and I say a lot of freaky things.

I was curious those, Is this a warning by some one? Specially the pool of filth that I have to jump in to and the Ghost woman.

My wife has her "devil dreams" in which Satan is messing with her somehow. She tries calling out Jesus' name, but like you described, she can't get the words out. This has happened off and on for years now. I've been awake next to her when she has these dreams. The most I ever hear is some mumbling. Although I can't say for sure, based upon my experiences I would guess that your hostel mates didn't hear anything other than some mumbling at the most.

Leonidus- This just occurred to me, reading over your post. You say you go to sleep listening to sermons on your headphones? I do the same thing myself sometimes (only on the radio, not headphones.) But what I'm wondering is, could it be that the sermon you listened to got a little too graphically into the subjects of fire n' brimstone/hellfire, etc.? If so, then maybe there is a simpler explanation for you bad dreams! I have no idea if this is on target or not...(probably not, hehe) but this was just a thought I had. The sermons i was listening from a church called:CityLife church in melbourne australia. The pastor's name was Nicole Conner and she was addressing the Topic of "How to overcome fear in your life".

But before i was going to bed and before listening to the semon, i started to read the book, The Purpose Driven life by Rick warren. I know some poeple here have different opinion about this book. I asked about the book from the pastor in my church and he said it's a great book and it's used in past program in the church and it's a recomended book by many ministries in New Zealand. So i started to read it without any fear. However....
some thing triggered me to have those demonic dreams again. Actually i'm planning to txt my pastor and put an appointment to talk about this dream with him. I also want him to pray for me.

Continue to pray. At this time in your walk with Christ you are extremely vulnerable to Satanic attacks. I say this because when I was young in Christ, I experienced the same things.

Continue praying. Pray to God that He clears up all evil thoughts, and protects your mind from demonic dreams and put in only good dreams.

Also, listen to some calm, classical music before bed. You may need to put your mind at ease. Or, read Proverbs and Psalms. Try anything that makes your mind relax, be it getting an oil lamp and putting hot oils in it, or taking a relaxing, warm shower before bed.

One can be attacked by demonic forces while sleeping. This many times can be manifested by a crushing feeling and the inability to speak out but if one presses through that and gets out the Name of Jesus it will leave. They also sometimes bring a clod feeling with themselves
Before give God your heart- ask Him to be in control of your dreams and to give you godly dreams and thoughts of Him. If you have any unwanted guests tell them to leave in the Name of Jesus. If they try to linger tell them their argument is not with you but with the Lord God Himself then relax and go to sleep trusting in Him.

I'm sorry to hear about your bad dreams. I've also had my fair share of demonic dreams, pretty hideous ones, as well as being completely paralised in a half asleep/half awake state since I was a kid. If I ever find myself unable to call out to Jesus, I do it in my head, like a prayer in my dream, and He always helps me out. Of course I'll pray for you too.

Also, this may or may not help you: Recently after a certain bad dream I recognised the hideous creature in it to be identical to the image on the front of a Motor Head cd that was left in my room. I was shocked, but it made a lot of sense, as demons have a right to cling to certain unGodly objects. Maybe you should check your room for things like that?
