God knew which one it was because He is God.

Heaven is a place not a person or a people. God does everything by directing His angels and they don't do anything that He doesn't tell them to do.

Are you implying that satan is in charge of what's going on in heaven? (God asks who has done this.?all say not me) <== this doesn't make much sense to state this before what you said right here.
