Acute thirst can be a sign of diabetes. I recommend seeing a doctor ASAP as your health is nothing to play around with.

I like the way you think.

Well I eat very healthy, I'm in the gym five days out of the week and I'm also a boxer. Yep I'm a Christian boxer hehe! So I have cravings all the time because I don't eat junk food. So a juicy fat Big Mac, or a large fry, or even better a Supersized shake LOL

Have you ever read George Forman’s book, “God In My Corner”? I got mine at one of his book signings. I like it a lot and plan on reading it again. He basically tells his whole life story. (if you haven‘t read it already)

No I haven't. Thanks for the tip. I knew that George was a Christian man. I know Evander Holyfield is also a very strong Christian man.. |

I used to get it bad, and here's why: In the morning, I'd stack up my plate with strawberry pancakes, loads of whipped cream and wash it down with a Pepsi. When my stomach digests it, those sugars go into the bloodstream. Your body releases insulin to help balance things out, and to make sure some of that energy goes to the cells that need it. But those strawberry pancakes were way too much for my system, and so my body would pump out tons of insulin to make things balance out. Oh, they balance out alright. My insulin would get so high because of all the sugar in my system, that the sugars would be blasted into smithereens. Ka-poot. Gone. Stored away. Turned into fat. Whatever. I'd still have all this insulin in my system, making my blood deprived of the energy juices that it needed to function correctly. So what would happen? Bingo! My body would signal me in the worst ways that I was low on energy and needed to refuel. Food! It would scream, I need food now! My hands would shake, I'd get light-headed, sweats, panicky. Oh, those times a candy bar never tasted so good! But that was only more sugar. Piling onto the problem. Hypoglycemia can be really scary, sometimes it can almost feel like a heart attack. But it can be prevented by consuming slow-digesting carbs and proteins for breakfast. Boiled eggs, oatmeal, whole-grain toast. Instead of strawberry pancakes. ![]() Like Bo said, see your doctor. If your blood sugar goes too low, you could go into a coma. It's pretty serious.
