Praise God my son. I also have been so excited by our messages and now this month's Theme is " On Fire for God ". Last month was Living faith as we delved into the heroes of our faith like Abraham, Noah and those expressed in Hebrews. God is good and His mercy endures forever.

Thank you all. I felt better and was able to go to work today. I know the basis of my illness last week and weekend was stress/anxiety. My mother, 92, has been not well and in/out of hospital and is now in rehab. As I am her "caregiver" and advocate and health-care-POA, I have felt very stressed emotionally and physically. So it caught up with me. With rest and an increase in meds I am refreshed and at it again.

It must be very stressful to look after your mom but in the end you will be rewarded. You will also have the satisfaction that you did the very best for her and although it is hard now , you are loved and prayed for here. Just try to get enough rest and proper nourishment so that you can carry on . God Bless you my dear.

It hurts that I am not physically able to do the day-to-day care for her in my home. She resides in assisted living since she got where she was unable to safely stay at her home which was a 3 hr drive from me. Now her health is declineing more and I just try to be her advocate, HCPOA, cheer-leader, provider of little thing, etc. Between working part time, running for Mom, being there for Mom, and trying to be a wife and housekeeper, I am a bit ragged. But enough about me. Thank you for praying for Mom. She loves the Lord would love to be able to be back in church. Simply getting her up/down in a wheelchair, the car, the pew is more than I can handle anymore. She love to go to church.
