I guess we're entering transition mode. The forums are slowing down, lol.
I wonder where all my "homies" are? Sleep or hiding in caves somewhere?

Well, I'm at work right now, and its sunday, its quiet, so I've plenty of time to look in the forums and do some site maintenance check stats ect

I havn't been here very long so I can't say I've noticed it slowing down. But like you said, its sat night maybe verybody has gone out

In the summer time when all the leaves and trees are green, and the blue bird sings it's song, I'll be all alone because. . .
 Forum participation always drops in the spring and summer. Warm weather ,people get out more, get away from the puter and enjoy the sunshine. BTW there are shut ins(those who can't get outor away) and depend on such forums for various reasons. So it would be nice if those who get out and away would try to check in once in a while and give a little time for the less forunate. Blessings Cliff

Hey Cliff.... That's what I was going to say. Now that the nice weather is here.... even me .... I want to get out and enjoy and also there seems to be a lot of volunteer appreciation dinners and end of the season pot lucks as groups close for the summer which by they way always makes me wonder.... How come they all finish and then start in the fall ? Sometimes in the summer , I think oh I wish my small groups would start but then every one is busy with family outings and BBques and stuff.

It seems to be a cyclical thing. Sometimes I come on and there's a page full of new threads, other times only a few. Sometimes I'm in an energized, chatty mood; sometimes tired or preoccupied. Sometimes I wish the site was more like a real life gathering. I would often be the guy just quietly listening to (and enjoying) the conversation going on around me. The slow times give me a chance to catch up a little.
