I watched the news today and I seen that scientist are trying to create a pill or something to slow down aging. If that every works would anyone ever take that pill or what ever they use? Think it could be a form of the mark of the beast?

.. So my answer is no.

No again. IMO the Mark of the Beast will reside in the chip that the banks, doctors and governments are building the case for right now that are designed to reside in the back of your right hand or in your forehead.

Aging, if you examine the information provided by the bible you may be able to extend life by a few hundred years. Except for the fact that God made it quite clear that our lives wouldn't last more than 120 years (After the Flood)

Before the Flood there was apparently a Canopy of water in the outer atmosphere that was quite substantial and was able to protect life on earth from the harmful UV rays that cause our bodies to age more rapidly. If a person could recreate those atmospheric conditions for a few generations, the length of life inside that controlled environment could be much longer than it is now.

I remember reading that creation scientist have applied some of the conditions of a young earth and had tremendous results with raising crops. I will try to find the article.

Pills , pills, that's just another one that the pharmachedical companies would like us to take . More money for them. The doctors just hand them out like they are candy and then people get hooked just like the hard stuff. Sorry just my opinion as a retired nurse . I have seen old people come in with pages of pills and how could any of them work properly cause they have to take this one to counteract that one and on and on it goes. All of these medications have long term side effects.

Have you seen how many adds there are on T. V. ?

Wouldn't the mark be an obvious one? I don't know, I'm asking...here, accept my mark and vow your allegience to me, you know - that kind of stuff?

If it's a pill with nothing attached, like no little note saying that once you swallow this pill you eternally belong to me in exchange for said goods and services...then the mark could be accepted by some who have no idea what they're doing.

Anyways, man's days are numbered. The Lord has given us each a number of days to be here, praise Him. Which of us, by worrying, can add even a second of time to our days on earth?

I know people who try...there's one lady I always see in town. She's 50-something. She's had so many skin treatments, her skin looks like a membrane one-cell thick. She does those spray-on tans that make her look Oompa Loompa-orange and she's always wearing short skirts and carrying a tennis-racket, God bless her. If she could just see herself the way I see her - as a beautiful child of God regardless of outside appearances - she'd be happy with herself.

I myself pluck the gray hairs out of my goatee, hee hee. And I exercise every day so I won't have the average Indian-guy build for my age group, hee hee. So I'm guilty, too.

Anyways, God has numbered our days. I'm glad. It shows me that I'm a mortal, and He is the Everlasting God. He is Mighty. I'm weak and I depend on Him.

...but the mark? I dunno.

The mark of the beast is pretty well described. I don't think the mark will be a pill.

We were wondering though about the possibility of there being rationing in this country or any other country for that matter. Because there is a food crisis that is growing there could come a day soon that the government will issue the "mark" so that we can get our rations. Just a thought my husband had this morning. The beast wants to deceive as many as possible and this seems like a pretty benign way to introduce the chip or mark. A way for the government to "give" us our daily bread so to speak. No need to panic....it's just to get your weekly allotment of gas and groceries type of thing. It's a GOOD thing! What do you think??
