Scientists have found 'markers' in the DNA which limits the number of times a cell can divide.
It's one of the problems they had with cloning. The clone may be 'young', but the markers still say old.

Water is an excellent blocker of UV and other harmful radiation. Much better than ozone.
That canopy of water is now in our oceans. That's how it rained for so long while Noah was in the Ark.
