Question Does our spirit has an age?

Hi there,
our bodies have an age, that has a tag called how old we are. likewise does our spirit has an age?

We are all come from one true living GOD. therefore every one to each other is a brother or a sister regardless of how old they are physically.

Therefore (this is kind of a wiered questions) i hope i dont break any commandments.... Since every one is from our heavenly father, can we call our earthly parents as our brothers and sisters?

cheers

To my knowledge our spirit is eternal and does not nor will not decay or age. I believe the following scripture indicates that we shed that which is corruptible (our bodies) and our spirits which are made new when we are born again are eternal.

1Co 15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
1Co 15:54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

And:

New American Standard Bible (©1995)
Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord.King James Bible
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

I suppose our spirit could have an age, I'm not sure how old it would be, possibly the same age as our bodies or even older?

On the part about our parents:

That I'll leave up to some one else.

I agree with Boan as well.

Because our spirits are eternal, there wouldn't be the need for age because we would live onto infinity. And, when we die and go to Heaven there is no such thing as time, because God doesn't have an age, He's infinite. And he lives outside of time, He's not hindered by it.

Also, if we did have an age for eternity...imagine how big those numbers would be.

Example:

Age: 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, 000,000,000,000+

Lol...I don't even think there is a number for that ^!
