The war has been won, smelly cat, by Jesus, we have to walk in what He has done for us, that means walking in love and forgiveness, dying to self and living for Him.
It doesnt mean worrying all the time that the devil is out to get us, or looking for him under every stone.
Our focus needs to be on Jesus.
