Rom 3:20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
Rom 3:21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Rom 3:22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: Rom 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Rom 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Rom 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; Rom 3:26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Rom 3:27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.

My mom, who is now deceased, made sure that people knew she had never sinned. She had Christian Science teachings and we all learned prayers from her. So, I was surprised when my husband reminded me that she always professed she had never sinned. This did not occur to me until recently, when I realized my mom did have a rebellious spirit about her, always delving into strange beliefs.
It's funny how when you age, you realize some of the things you learned as children were not necessarily true at all. I never thought of this fact, I just thought for sure my mom went to heaven when she died. But, if she professed she never sinned, and you just quoted that "all have sinned," would she have gone to heaven? I guess I will have to wait until that Day to find out.

i think a lot will be done after death,or just before death.Jesus knew we don,t know what we are doing, today people and pushed and pulled into every direction, and listen to people in general conversation and get swayed, like my old man said,if 10 put there finger in the fire, would you put yours in .you have to have your own mind and select truth, don,t forget satan is everything else but truth, and sways you this way.easy to pick on any faults of humans.stay strong people.

Many times we can seemingly "tell" if a person has been redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ because his/her life emanates the love of Christ and his/her works show forth His goodness. However, even what we think is a redeemed person may not actually be redeemed. You see, only God knows for certain if a person is truly redeemed. We can personally be assured of our own salvation by the testament of God's word and our own belief. Your mother: she may have had at some moment a redemptive experience with Jesus Christ where she accepted His atonement for her own sins. She may, too, have been deceived into thinking that she had no sin (or had done no sin) by trying to live what she considered a sinless life. Was she lying to you? Probably not in her heart. Probably in her heart she believed she was sinless. Was she right? No, you and I know for a certainty that she, like us, was a sinner by nature - even IF she had experienced the redemptive work of Christ. Sometimes believing Christians get mixed up and experiment or "delve" into strange beliefs that are not God-centric, of true to God and His Word.
