I Heart, what I want more that anything is to commune and fellowship with my Lord and Savior Jesus; to praise Him, to love Him, to learn from Him what this life has all been about. I can't wait till that last trumpet sounds and we are caught up into the air with Him and join Him in the marriage supper of the Lamb. His kingdom is going to be the place where finally "ask what you will and I will give it to you" is manifested. The trials and uncertainties and just plain crap of this life will be over and His TRUTH will prevail. Oh my God I can't wait until His Kingdom comes in its fullness. NO MORE SIN dragging me down! No more hell on the nightly news! ONLY RIGHTEOUSNESS, PEACE AND JOY IN THE HOLY SPIRIT! Even so come Lord Jesus!

Larry: I really don't understand this statement. I am not a perfect person by any stretch of the imagination. However, I am a Christian and strive to live as Jesus did, avoiding any sin. Having said that, I have a very exciting life and enjoy many entertaining things without sinning or observing sin.

Can you expand on this?

That was just one example of the way we work. If someone took movies away from us, we'd freak out. Though we're not sinning by watching them, the movies contain sin and that's what keeps our interest.

Let me try to put this in another way: Adults don't care about Barney and Friends, because it does not interest them. Barney is just a bunch of kids and a big dinosaur running around singing and playing. Adults would rather watch something with emotion in it. I think it's the same with life. If we were all like Barney, we'd get bored very fast.

Does that make sense?

Anyway, I know I am thinking of Heaven from a human perspective, and I'm not able or supposed to be able to know exactly what Heaven is like. It's just hard not to think about it the way I understand it.

I don't wanna go through the motions. I don't wanna go one more day without Your all consuming passion inside of me. I don't wanna spend my whole life asking, 'What if I had given everything instead of going through the motions?'
I can take even your greatest mistake. Every scar, every tear, every break. And I can turn it into something more beautiful than you have ever seen. So lift them up to Me. All the broken pieces.
My Savior loves.
My Savior lives.
My Savior's always there for me.
My God He was.
My God He is.
My God He's always gonna be<3
Who am I that the Lord of all the Earth
Would care to know my name.
Would care to feel my hurt?
Not because of who I am
But because of what You've done.
Not because of what I've done.
But because of who You are.

My sister it seems the problem is in the way the corruption of this world has influenced your thinking, I certainly avoid Barney whenever possible. There are angles in His presence who have been with Him for millenia and they are still being awed and literally blown away by His glory and beauty. He is never ending and every time they look they are amazed- they only response they can muster is to cry Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord God almighty. When we see Him face to face not only will be equally overwhelmed but we will know our true purpose and calling for the first time ever. All things will be made clear.
In the presence of the Lord there is fullness of joy and that forevermore. No heaven will not be boring and there will be no Barney as entertainment.

I don't know if I really agree with this. Yeah, some movies are fun because they are violent or action packed, but honestly, I know a number of movies that I loved that were perfectly clean and untainted. Well, as untainted as they can be I guess. I mean, I love to watch VeggieTales, and yes, I watch them ALONE, even when my kids aren't visiting. I actually do watch a lot of children/family movies when I'm by myself. I only really watch the more secular movies when I'm with other people that want to see them.

Don't get me wrong, I like some violence. I have a very morbid sense of entertainment. Because I see an art in that type of thing. But really, my point is that while some entertainment contains sin, not all of it does. Not all music contains sin, and music is very much entertainment.

This world is not my home .... I'm just passing through. What I do for Christ will Last. I long for heaven but must be and do what God askes me to do here on earth. We cannot fully and will not fully comprehend what heaven is really like. But like I said I must be about my Father's bussiness here on earth untill that glorious day when I shall see Jesus face to face. Glory to His name. !!!

Talking A Big Reunion With JESUS there

Other than the obvious getting to see Jesus face to feet. Can you imagine having a conversation with Paul or David or Peter or John or your grandfather or other loved ones that passed in Christ while walking on a street made of gold. I'm getting excited just thinking about it. And to meet Gods angels will be awesome. Michael is the angel I want to meet the most. I think it will be so glorious there that all the questions we had planned to ask Jesus won't even matter anymore after we see Him.
