i have had debts which i have struggled with,i had some money to pay some off,i asked for a settlement ammount,the ammount was agreed on the phone between both parties.i went and paid x ammount.then they sent me a letter saying i still owe x ammount,i phoned and told them about the settlement and now the account should be closed.they said they have no athority to give me a settlement,lie 1.so i asked if they recorded phone calls,they said i had not phoned them,lie 2.then i told them truth 1,i will pay no more and see you in court.i wouldn,t mind they were very good when i was struggling so decided to pay them off first.

lesson learned from this,the bank has been good,a few people have ruined this big banks reputation.so we as christians who represent christ should take note.

Its funny, you've had problems with halifax, my aunts had problems with Llyods, so had a freind of mine, my parents have had trouble with Nationwide, You just can't get the service these days!
