Default Your Favorite Books/Novels or Series

That aren't Christian. This is for other genres such as Classical, Horror, Fantasy, Science Fiction, Fiction, Educational, etc.

I love to read and I love GOOD books!

My favorite Fantasy/Young Adult series is Daughters of the Moon by Lynne Ewing. My comments: such a beautifully written series. It is completely different from other Fantasy - Young Adult series because it focuses on things other than dragons and goblins and instead more of a Greek mythological background. And it's not boring either! XD

I liked C.S. Lewis's books, including The Chronicles of Narnia. I have yet to try his other books.

Hands down, The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan.
If you like: Fantasy, Romance, Battle, Political intrigue, Mystery, Suspence, A real world with a changing economy and what happens in one place can affect another, 3D characters, B and even C list characters that actually have lives and affect things, and a story that had to be told in 12 books and very rarely gets slow.
Then this is your series.

(Sadly the series has only reached book 11. R. Jordan died in the midst of completing the 12th and final book, his wife has taken on the tast of finishing it.)

Honestly, I tried really, really hard to get into Stephen King's The Dark Tower series...but after a few books it felt to me like he was just making it up as he was going along.

Then I tried The Hobbit and such...but they seemed dusty and old. Like walking into an antique shop.

The Odd Thomas stories by Dean Koontz are a little hard to read, but once you get the heavy wheel rolling at a good speed, you can sit back and enjoy the stories.

I like lawyer books. Lisa Scottoline is my favorite.
