And to use forks, knives, and spoons in restaurants.

AND getting ice from the drink machines.

AND using the grocery carts at the grocery store.

I guess the smoking tax could be used to help all the medical victims of second hand smoke but l more likely it would go into a politicians pocket.

A smoking license? Are you serious? What will they come up with next?

Virginia has a problem! They are trying to stop smoking in all public places and this is in a state that produces a lot of tobacco. What to do?

Just do it.

Then maybe we'd have less tobacco/smoking related deaths.

well, I may not like to admit it.. but I'm a smoker.

I do not think a lot of people, especially my parents, (lol) really care to hear my opinion on all the laws regarding smoking which have seemed to be popping up everywhere. I think it's entirely retarded.

1. Where are the smokers rights?

2. Why do we cry to the government to fix our problems? .. if people have problems with people smoking in certain places.. complain to the people who own and operate the business/place .. allowing the government to stick it's fingers further down or throats and tell us what we can and cannot do is what got us into trouble in the first place and will only lead to worse things.

3. Shouldn't it be the owners who decide whether or not to allow smoking in their establishment? .. granted there are places where smoking should not be allowed.. but in bars? all restaurants? .. in a well ventilated smoking/rest area at a business? ... I just don't get it and I think it's retarded.

Even if I were not a smoker.. I would completely disagree with them. but, I suppose, that's just me.
