I had really debated hard about whether or not I would put this here, but when I think about it, I'm very proud of this, and of the decisions I made to get this on my arm.
![]() My story, is that this isn't the cross that Christ was on...but the one that I didn't have to die on. This represents my own sinful nature, and I asked the artist to draw the cross, but I want it to LOOK supernaturally painful. Like the wood itself was possessed by evil, by my own sins. This is the cross that I deserved to die on. Rotted, wicked, and hateful. This is the first tattoo I've had on a place I can't easily hide, because that is what my decision was. I don't want to be able to hide my belief in Christ, or in the cross. This is a statement of accountability to my life, because I know, that people will see this on my arm, and that my attitude and actions will be seen and judged accordingly.

For someone who doesn't really care for tatoos (me), because some tend to go overboard and have ugly images......this is the most beautiful tatoo of a cross I've seen!

I’m not trying to spoil anyone’s day here. I have 12 tattoos myself. The last three are what I call Christian tattoos. I listened to a teaching on CD not too long ago about the roots of tattoos and yoga. I then did a little research myself and found a website with a lot of good information, (the link is below) I’m not planning on getting anymore tattoos. I’ll let you read what’s on the website and you can decide for yourselves what you are going to do. Just sharing a little info.
God bless Dean TATTOOS & THE BIBLE

Not spoiling any of my fun. I totally respect how you feel about it, and why you feel that way. First off, I would never in good conscious recommend to anyone to get a tatt. Even from a secular point of view, they aren't for everyone. In the Christian world, possibly even less so. And that's not even because of any Biblical taboos. It's a two-edged blade for a Christian. It can be a testimony, but more often than not, it's just something that is looked down on and separates you from some believers. I've got my own feelings about those that would look down on me for it, but that aside, I didn't take my decision lightly at all.
Which, is why I struggled a lot with posting it here. I struggled much more with THAT decision, than with the decision to actually get the tattoo.

The main difference between “tattooed” people and “not tattooed” people is…
“Tattooed” people don’t care if your “not tattooed”

Hopefully, I really do live my life in such a way that nobody should ever have to point me out to a police officer...for ANY reason. Though, if I am still here during Christian persecution, I sincerely hope, I live my life in such a way that I'm one of the first one's Satan targets for destruction.

I that the inside of your arm? I have a tattoo on each arm and am thinking about getting a wrap on each arm. I am just too nervous that I won't make it through the pain on this inside of my biceps.
