Is it a sin for me to talk with others about all the harassments, abuses, bullying and all the unholy things …etc happening to me in the work place?
Is it a sin for me to tell other people (friends and family), the names of the people who harasses abuses and bully me at the work place? Is it a sin to tell others (friends and families) about the people who do all the unholy things at my work place? Even those people who do unholy things goes to jail by tell others? |

Good Question
,IMO Looks like you need another job Even where we work should be guided by the Holy Spirit... Ask the Father if you are behaving in a way that provokes your working partners... Example: Preaching to them , or making it obvious through body language that you dis-approve of them...![]() Even though the below verse is referring to wives the premise I believe is the same for working partners 1 Peter 3 1 In the same way, you wives must accept the authority of your husbands. Then, even if some refuse to obey the Good News, your godly lives will speak to them without any words. They will be won over by observing your pure and reverent lives. Someone else will respond to your questions. Love

Hey, Leon!
If there's a lesson there somewhere, I'd say climb to a hill and scream it to all of those who can learn from that lesson. Shout it out, not for your own revenge, but for the glory of God. "I know a person who did this..." and then explain what they did and why it was wrong, the way that you've learned it. End your story with, "If it was me, this is how I would correct my own behavior." Personally, I don't think that you have to reveal the names of anybody in question. "A coworker" or "someone that I know" is enough. IMO, if you dig deeper than that, you're bordering on the edge of gossip. Tell nobody but God, in your prayers, the names of those that you know are sinning. To me, if you spread the word about the bad things that they're doing...and other people punish them for their behavior...they've gotten their punishment from other men (and not God Himself). God already knows. But for you to lift up their names in prayer as a concerned individual, God will also know your own heart. Ask Him to forgive them, because they're sinners just like us. Tell Him that you forgive them in your own heart (and mean it), and then move on about your life. This is an excellant question that provokes thought. ![]()

When Jesus went into the Temple and threw out the moneychangers… I believe He did it mainly because they were doing something wrong. I believe Jesus was very loud in the things he did and said and didn’t care who heard.
I know there are some things that are never 100%, but as a rule, if I don’t want people to know what I do or say, then maybe I shouldn’t be doing or saying those things. If someone finds out that I did something that was wrong and tells everybody about it… is it their fault for telling? Or my fault for doing it?

Here a bit of info about my work place
The place where I work most of the staff that I work with do so many things that are unholy and they love their sin. Specially when they talk in our free time, they talk about ways of stealing, cheating, sexual sin, speaking taboo words, insulting women, harassing women, amplified gossip (harmful for the character and reputation)…etc. They enjoy it. They think it’s fun and happiness. Certain things they talk are so disgusting. One manager told me that “Hey man we will teach you how to lie, because you need to learn how to lie that if you are working with the sales representatives” and I said to him I’m not going to follow his advice. I basically listen to their conversation and stays with them because I don’t want to get the label called a “loner”. But most of the time I don’t contribute to their sin speech. I believe I have to commit sin to make friends with them. Because they are massive alcoholics and cigarettes smokers and some even smoke weed. But I’m not consuming anyone of that. So they don’t invite me to their after work parties. So I stick to the people who I see as innocent The things they hate about me is I don’t practice what they practice and I don’t believe what they believe, because of this mismatch they hate me. My belief system is a problem for them. Even for the management. Most of our management doesn’t respect each other; from the things I heard I can make the conclusion that they backstab each other. I work in the IT division and the most managers treat us like 2nd class citizens. But I’m against this discrimination and unethical practices. So I have become a problem to them. I have knowledge that I got from my studies and experience I have. Those unethical people at my work place want my knowledge but they don’t want me. I’ve only given them the knowledge only up to a limit. So they cannot use it to harm others. There are people in my workplace claim them selves as Christians but some of them don’t follow the word of GOD. It’s like they make their own Christianity. Anyway I’m going overseas this month and I’m resigning from work in this week. Anyway I’m glad that I’m resign from there and I can’t wait till my resignation day. Will I get insulted by my co-workers in my last day is something that I don’t know. |
