A good rule of thumb to go by in movies, books, music etc.: does it honor and glorify God? Does it direct your attention to the Creator? Does it glorify Jesus? If not, dont go there.
![]() Something that I've learned recently, is what you feed your mind is what you are feeding your Spirit. You feed your Spirit by reading, watching and listening and thinking. It is good that you are being careful about what you watch. Keep up the good work!

One thing I noticed after I became a christian is that my interest in certain types of movies changed as did my fascination for PC Games. We basically watch movies etc because we need entertainment and we are entertained by things that amuse us or interest us. If we watch movies that do not interest us we generally dont watch them again. I would ask the question if a particular genre of movie interests us, what then is the interest. If it is due to amusement in the occult or interest in the occult then I would ask myself why am I intersted or amused by these things. Is it a healthy amusement? Can it lead us away from God, are we seeking answers in the wrong places? There is nothing wrong with entertainment, just test your motives as to why you want to watch certain things. As with most things God knows our hearts.
