Yes, that is true..My concern is that people who are not healed are sometimes judged for not having enough faith..and that just isn't true..Look at the work God is doing through Joni Eareckson Tada. She has an amazing testimony because she wasn't healed..

Any who make such judgements are simply immature in Christ. The Aplostle Paul penned 2/3's of the New Testament by faith and yet he had an affliction to bear.
Elisha walk in the double portion anointing, he died a sick man yet when a dead man touched his bones he was ressurected.

Many times God heals- many times he answers us the same way He answered Paul:
2Co 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
