I noticed the first one about a week ago, and I've seen it once every day or so since. They're put out by the US Department of Heath & Human Services. The whole format is about waiting to have sex until marriage, and why that's so important.
The website for the campaign is www.4parents.gov. All I can say is, it's about time!
