I used to.
This is older, possibly, and HUGE and I can't open it for the life of me!

It is probibly a back up file for your Norton includunbg system restore points. and should pose no problems.

It's from GoBack. If you don't have the program anymore, then it's safe to delete the file.

It is not posing a problem but I am curious about it....
Many keywords pop up in my searches and yet I can't open it and I want to~

It's not the kind of file you "open", it's a backup file. It is designed to restore your computer to the way it was at an earlier time.

Right click on the file and select delete or you may be able to just drag it into the recycle bin and be done with it.

Only if you have GoBack. And even then, I don't think GoBack allowed browsing, though it's been a while since I've used it.
