How do you change a flash movie into a video format that you can put on youtube? Also I have an After Effects video as well and it is 155 mb. And youtube only takes 100MB.. anyidea what program to use to dim it down to that? If you can help please, I need to know asap.. i wanna put those videos on youtube as well.. its for classs

I know very little about changing a format, but if the ones that Jeff suggested to do not work for you the one below may be a possibilty. I have not tried it myself yet, but I believe it may be worth a check.
