Faithwoman:

I wish I could add your troubles to mine, as I do not think that another would make that much difference.

I am so sorry that you are faced with these problems, but we know that God is standing strong by your side. You are in my prayers.

Well, that's the first time I've dissolved into tears on a forum! - tears of joy at the beautiful posts from you guys!!! Ranging all the way from Mark's strong but practical suggestions to the amazing 'heart-words' from forgivenWretch.

Robin, I hope that the love that's coming from us here, via the Lord to you, will help a little to soothe your hurting heart!! And our prayers as well. You are in our hearts, dear one. We've grown to love and appreciate you! You're an amazing and incredibly special lady!

THIS TIME WILL PASS!! They always do! Meantime, throughout the trials you're going through, keep looking up to He whose LOVE envelops you now, and will for every micro-second of every day of your life!!

We love you!!!!!

blankgirl....I personally understand the battles that rage when one is faced with depression atop of everyday priorities. The first thing which you must do is prioritize your task.

First and foremost, please be sure that you put God first. Pray, and seek His guidance. I know that it is not easy to pray and talk with God when depressed, but I can assure you that it can be done and that it is the only thing that will lead guidance to your situation.

Next, found your bible and read and study. God will lead you to the passages that will have much meaning and pertain to your situation.

Below, is a list of YOU SAY, GOD SAYS, verse references that I think will be of some help:

You Say

Just remember, that as Christians, God is always by our side, and that when we become weary and feel that we can no longer move on, He will carry us.

YBIC,

Wayne

Thank you so much to all of you! Awesome posts and prayers for me.. wow! It just uplifts and makes my soul sing. Believe me.. I cannot begin give enough thanks and praise for the Lord leading me here. I spent an awesome day yesterday doing the Lord's work at a Christian youth camp. I was moody on the way there- lots going on with my daughter which I will do a seperate post on- I got so busy doing the Lord's work that all of my frustration had gone- well of course I was running a log splitter so I had to pay attention, so I would not cut someone's hand off- and raked so many leaves that my hands have awful blisters on them- but you know something .. that is what the Lord wants each and every day- that we are doing for others and the best part is- I got to share of God's love and forgiveness with a 52 year old man- I sat on the equipment- took his hand , prayed , and we were both in tears. The night ended with a bonfire by a lake.. and guess what! God's hand came down over us from the sky! You should have seen it.. amongst the flames we saw it.. right up in the sky! It glowed among the moon.. I cannot begin to tell you how awesome it was! It was huge and stretched out!
Have a great day!

You have come to a great place to learn about how much the Lord loves you. Be sure to read Bondman's messages, print them out. When someone else gives you scripture that touches your heart, print it out.
Instead of praying for the Lord to take away your life, try flipping that prayer around and pray to the Lord to show you life.. he gave his son for you, me and all so that we may have life. It has taken me 46 years to finally learn this!

He will give you the strength you need for the load of all that you are going through. there are times that I doubt it.. shame on me! however his Love and mercy is so great.. he provided me with a whole new circle of friends here on this wonderful Christian forum.. he led me here so that he may have others help show me his love for me.

Keep posting and sharing. Read the Word. The truth is all there.

Hugs

Hi sweetie!!! It seems ages since I've seen you!

First, what Faithwoman wrote is excellent. She's been through a really tough time and is PROVING that God is able.

Second, I'm right with what Wayne (forgivenWretch) wrote. And he DOES understand what you're going through!

He said, "The first thing which you must do is prioritize your task." Absolutely!

You said, "theres so much pressure to be active at church and at cf in uni as well." Seems to me that needs to stop. YOU DO NOT NEED THAT PRESSURE!! It's too much for you to handle!

Now this is YOUR decision as to what YOU do in YOUR life. Do NOT let other people run your life! You need to be concentrating on your study. But in any case, WHENEVER YOU'RE OVERWHELMED WITH EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE, THEN SOMETHING HAS TO GO!!!

So dear one, please do ACT, and remove as much of the pressure as you can. THEN, you'll be better able to do the priorities Wayne said.

Meantime we will pray and love you and be here to support you with whatever you need!

Much love from us here!

Above and beyond yes He is! Above and beyond let us reach! Above and beyond let go and be on your way! Above and beyond!

Too much too know. Overwhelming, yes, but let show. Submit in all ways. Let Him poor out like rain. Be still and know that He's in this place. You are the head, not the tail. You are on top, not below. You are His child. Made right by the blood of the Lamb, OH REJOICE REJOICE REJOICE!
Overwhelming, yes, but let show!

Out of the acting bit. Submitted to what is natural. Crazy you look - to judging eyes. Crazy you are NOT! You are the head, not the tail. You are on top, not below. You are His child!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Word Of God Speak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would You Poor Down Like Rain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(Kutless - Word Of God Speak)

REJOICE REJOICE REJOICE
