We are in England now. Just got here. We have had a blessed time all the way from Iowa, making every flight we needed to make in order to get here in time to stay a good amount of time. Thank you, Jesus, for ordering our steps all the way.

is one for ALL of us!! Without that we are going to get absolutely nowhere in our Christian walk with the Lord!

How true! We must never lose that skyward look. Just remember.. I am learning .. none of us deserve to be mistreated.. We are beautiful, God made me.. he redeemed me.. he indwells in me.. and I AM VALUABLE AND SO ARE ALL OF YOU!

A PERSONAL STORY


THE GREAT TRUTHS OF THE NEW TESTAMENT

About a decade ago a well-known preacher from a large church denomination was making major promises to us and many others around the world - He consistently and very authoritatively put forward his claims, based on New and Old Testament verses and passages - and specifically in the TWO areas of life that had been SO INCREDIBLY HARD for us for a number of decades - promising us HEALTH and HEALING and MONEY.

We followed his promises to the letter, with strong faith and high expectations. Most others in this denomination preach these same claims - but the promises FAILED IN BOTH AREAS!! Inevitably this left us seriously damaged, hurt, and confused. (It was a major error of judgement on my part to have allowed this to happen - but he was very charismatic and persuasive with claims that were incredibly appealing to us in the terrible state we were in.)

The end result of all of this is not hard to understand: QUITE SIMPLY, HIS TEACHINGS AND THE TEACHING OF THIS CHURCH WERE, AND ARE (very sadly) W-R-O-N-G, WRONG! VERY WRONG!! Result: we ended up totally bombed-out and washed-up Spiritually - which was a major, major shock to me I can tell you! And also A POWERFUL WAKE UP CALL from God!!!

In the Lord, my response was pretty strong and immediate: I decided to completely throw out all the doctrines - including the errors and rubbish - that he had taught us, get it all OUT OF MY HEAD and RELEASE MY SPIRIT FROM IT - and just for good measure I decided at the same time to throw out all the other things I'd EVER been taught for over 40 years by other different people and churches!!

Yes, rather drastic, I agree! But we were so hurt and left in such a mess that I said to the Lord: "I WANT TO KNOW EXACTLY what the New Testament REALLY teaches! Whatever it takes, Lord!! I'm starting with an open mind and a clean slate here. Please REVEAL to me and teach me THE TRUTH! - by Your Holy Spirit!!"

Obviously this took time, a lot of reading, trusting, and waiting on the Spirit to shine His light on what I was studying. And as I went along, from time to time I chose to just check what He was revealing to me AGAINST the CORE DOCTRINES of the great men of the Protestant Church over the past 300-400 years.

As I progressed I got more and more excited at how much I was learning and understanding!! And the further I went on TWO specific things happened: what the Holy Spirit was showing me got clearer and cleared AND it was incredibly wonderful to find that it was all tallying exactly with the core doctrines of the greats of the Protestant Church!!! Man, what a thrilling and exciting time it was!!

What I teach here today directly stems out of that major life experience. I can't explain how what I read in the New Testament is so incredibly clear to me. There are seldom any queries or uncertainties - it's all just there and somehow I 'get' it. I'VE THEN PUT IT ALL INTO PRACTICE IN MY LIFE! AND GUESS WHAT? THE MOST THRILLING PART OF ALL THIS IS THAT IT WORKS!!!

THUS I TEACH HERE IN THE INNER ROOM WHAT I'VE LEARNT FROM THE WORD OF GOD, AND KNOW BY THE SPIRIT!! THERE IS NO THEORY HERE!! So those who choose to ACT upon what I share with you and challenge you on, profit from my experiences and what God has directly taught me. So is He a wonderful God or is He a wonderful God?!!! Hallelujah!

I know I need to get back to where I once was. You have continued to grow so much, FW. I am wandering again. I just told someone that I started getting my eyes off Heavenly Father when I started spending too much time with Norm and lost my time alone with God. That is no excuse. I know my fear of this brought me to where I find myself. I need balance. I will try and find a Spirit-filled woman to go places with and spend time with so I can stop flitting around listening to doctrine like BM says. Sometimes it is better to be alone and be with God if the person you are with does not understand your desire and hunger for the Word.

I stayed up until 3 am this morning to just study in John. I found some other scripture that spoke to me also. Thanx for your prayers. I am spent.
