LOl! I am laughing my head off! Why, you ask?
Just when we all thought that Bondman was going to throw in the towel (even HE thought his messages were done and over with!), just when we thought that no more could be done....

God reaches in and does the impossible! God strengthened him enough to write the above message and the others to come.
This is all being done with God's strength, none of it is Bondmans. So give glory to God that the messages are still getting out. That God uses even this weakened vessel to prove that He is mightier and more powerful than the god of this world. When we are willing to be used of Him, He steps in and does wonderful, miraculous things!

Let this encourage your hearts, brothers and sisters, that God is THERE! And He can use even you!
Bless you, Bondman, for being such a willing and obedient servant, to allow God to work miracles thru you.

Yes, Fluff, it is quite amusing isn't it?

BM, I'm glad you posted that because the world is beginning to look less and less attractive to me. I never read the adds that come with the paper anymore because I realize I don't have a desire to buy more of anything. I have all the clothes I need and even garage sales don't attract me now. Such little things, but I can see that my only real attraction is things of spiritual nature. I see more souls who need Jesus than ever before and want to reach out to them. I am getting bolder than ever and can't wait until I can feel the Holy Spirit's command to speak. If He has not prepared their heart for Him to speak through me, than it will be wasted to do it on my own. But I do have a burning desire to reach out to the lost, as I used to be.

It would be soooooo cool if my husband were in that same place as I am right now. I just ache when he talks of spending money for a trip because I would rather spend it on a mission trip. Just pray that it will come up sometime that we could go on one and he could have his trip and I my mission. Right now I'm just in training and getting anxious to "fly!" Have you ever heard that song, "I'm Ready to Fly?"

It's indeed a more exciting life than anyone in the world is enjoying. Why live for the moment, when you can live for the movement? The moving of the Holy Spirit in our lives! Hugz, Sweets

Bondman:
GREAT message and perspective; we are not to live "like the world" and what bothers me is that the Church has allowed the world to influence her MORE than she influences it...

HEY, I heard an awesome comment in Bible Study/Sunday School this morning...many people live from "hand to mouth"... this is true that MANY even Christians are within 3 months* from being homeless due to lack of savings and proper stewardship. (*this is an
old stat; may only be 2 months now.)

HOWEVER, as believers in CHRIST
we SHOULD live
HAND to MOUTH...

from

God's HAND

to our
mouths!!!!

Hallelujah!!!!!

Exodus 32:11
And Moses besought the LORD his God, and said, LORD, why doth thy wrath wax hot against thy people, which thou hast brought forth out of the land of Egypt with great power, and with a mighty hand?
Joshua 4:24
That all the people of the earth might know the hand of the LORD, that it is mighty: that ye might fear the LORD your God for ever.
2 Samuel 24:14
And David said unto Gad, I am in a great strait: let us fall now into the hand of the LORD; for his mercies are great: and let me not fall into the hand of man.
Kings 3:15
But now bring me a minstrel. And it came to pass, when the minstrel played, that the hand of the LORD came upon him. (my favorite, I play harp )
Isaiah 41:20
That they may see, and know, and consider, and understand together, that the hand of the LORD hath done this, and the Holy One of Israel hath created it.
Proverbs 21:1
The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.
Luke 1:66
And all they that heard them laid them up in their hearts, saying, What manner of child shall this be! And the hand of the Lord was with him.
Acts 11:21
And the hand of the Lord was with them: and a great number believed, and turned unto the Lord.
Peter 5:6
Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

Wow! Great messages.

I was at the local mall on Sat to take my daughter school clothes shopping. My mother was with us. My mom and sat on a bench while my daughter browsed through some of the stores.

My mother stated she could not get over the clothes now adays. She stated that it is getting harder and harder to find a top that is not V necked or scooped for a young gal. She said the temptations for people now adays with the clothes is unbelievable.

I myself thought as I walked down the mall to meet my mom and daughter how the world is getting with the worldly things. The enticements are unbelievable! It made me really look at where I had been and where I am now. Oh yes the enemy was trying to attack big time, especially with the clothes and all. I looked at my reflection a few times throughout the day and the enemy was trying very hard to say.. you are not pretty and yes you are still fat! I rebuked him! I visted my mom's neighbor, a single gal who had just redone her home. Everything was bright and pink, it was really pretty. I thought to myself, what is she doing for the Lord? nothing.. plain and simple nothing. It brought to my mind, my simple home, that is not "decorated". However, my simple home has a love for the Lord in it. Currently, I give faithfully of my money within a local church for programs that are run for recovery programs where people can be led and realize that Jesus can set them free from all.

This whole worldly thing really got to me this past week-end and this was before I read the posts. This is a new week- may I go forth and do the Lord's work!

Hey, no picking on Bondman, you guys!!!

Actually I'm laughing at you for laughing at me, cos y'know how 'one good turn deserves another'! *hehe*

And actually again, I have to sort out my great mate Fluffy on a couple of her statements.

First, I doubt I can remember once in my adult life where I've ever thrown in the towel. This is simply not in my nature. I'm a doer and achiever who never gives up.

Second, I'm not sure I thought my message days were finished so much as seeing that my health demanded that I simmer down (and still does). Even if I did think 'that was the end', in God's economy no door can ever been seen as irrevocably closed - and that is ALWAYS in the back of my mind. He has this amazing habit of changing this round, and shifting that - without us noticing - and next minute you're back in the saddle, with your head spinning at what just happened!! *love it!!*

But my dearest Fluf, all that you wrote about God doing the impossible was totally, TOTALLY spot-on! He is the Mostest and He is the Bestest - BAR NONE!!!

And I am SO UNBELIEVABLY BLESSED having a wonderful friend like you, along with all the others here, where HIS LOVE IS MANIFEST all the times! Hallelujah to His blessed Name!!

- BM

EDIT! Congrats on 2,000 posts. WOW!!

I'm not going to comment on anything you wrote, hon. Anyone who didn't read it, please do - and be blessed as I have been!

Bless YOU, Sweets (and hubby is always in my prayers)!!

Worshipper, WOW-EE!! Love the verses on God's mighty hand!! Indeed and indeed!

You're right, the church has allowed the world in just as we have in our personal lives. But you said it about us living HAND to MOUTH: FROM GOD'S HANDS TO OUR MOUTH!!! (Did I say WOW-EE!!)

Are we gonna TRUST Him as God - as OUR God - and work to releasing ourselves from the grip the world has on us? "I pray for every soul here in The Inner Room my blessed Lord, that many will join those who've already started towards moving into KINGDOM territory, OUT of satan's! We can do this, we CAN! - with Your help!!"

Love in Jesus to you and hubby (praying),

Wow, great response post! Yes, it's all about what comes first and foremost, isn't it? The Lord and His presence - OR worldly stuff. And I just 'love' the way the evil one will put stuff into our heads like he did to you - but ya dun good an' right, hon, by sending him packing!!

He has no place in our lives whatsoever! He's had quite long enough keeping us tied in to the world and it's ways and values - all UNGODLY! We are now BREAKING OUT! We can become a small (but POWERFUL) army of those out to reach the world for our Lord Jesus!!

JESUS LAST MAJOR COMMAND (which we've basically ignored)

Matthew 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

Mark 16:15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.

I've long wondered what it is about:

"Go out into ALL the world,
to ALL the nations,
preaching the Gospel to EVERYONE,
and teaching them ALL of my commands!!"

that the church doesn't understand..............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But PLEASE WAIT for Part 3 so I may explain HOW we can ALL do this today! (sound a bit intriguing?) I think you may then start to catch some of the excitement we have about this!!
