Oh, yes! GElizalde! Talking with God is the TOPS! And I learn something new every time,too!
What is so frustrating sometimes, is finding the time to do it! I think I ought to be praying more, and sometimes its on the fly..."Lord help me!" "Lord guard my tongue for me!" "Oh, Lord! What a creative genius You are! Beautiful!" And He has helped me with my relationship with my husband, and my children, and my work situations, and...well, the list could go on and on!
Whee! God is so good!
I spent some time in His word this morning, and in prayer, and WOW! What a difference it makes in your day! Why dont I do that more often? (question of the ages, I think!)


Anyway, yes, lets lift up Faithwoman in prayer. She is graduating soon. She will be walking across the stage to get her degree. Something that took alot of work, sweat, tears and courage to do! And she will be going it, well not alone, because God is always with her. But without human company.
Lord, we ask that You cover Faithwoman with Your presence. That anyone that looks at her, will see You. I know that that is her hearts desire. To so shine Your light that that is all people may see. She has such a heart for You!
Lord, I lift up GElizalde, too. Cover her with Your feathers, Lord, and kiss her heart today. Please send to her people that will come alongside her and encourage her.
And thank You, Lord, for healing Bondman and Nettie. Thank You, that they will be getting out of bed and doing the jitterbug! I am so looking forward to a post with a picture of them doing just that! Faces shining with joy and health, bodies whole and vigorous!

I sometimes find it hard to pray for him. I get distracted with other things. What if you don't get a chance to be alone? I think he understand thought. Don't you think?

Yes, He understands! I often pray either under my breath, or in my head when I dont get a chance to be alone.
I heard of a mother that when she needed a moment of time alone with God, she threw her apron over her head and her children knew that she was in her "prayer closet" and to leave her alone. Now that was clever!
But its really important to realize that we shouldnt be SO busy EVERY day, that we dont make some time to be with Him.
I know, I know, pratice what you preach! I'm working on it!
