I know the feeling! Where do you begin? (why, at the beginning, of course! Goodness! Do you know how long that would take?
 ) Never mind. God is good, all the time!  He showed me a verse in the bible today.  (Now what was it?) John something. Where Jesus is praying to the Father in the garden for the disciples and future believers. I dont have it with me at the moment (different computer!) but it goes something like this: "I came to You, Father, to speak this into the world so that they may have joy and peace fulfilled in them." Something along those lines.  (memory as long as a piece of string!)But wow! Joy and peace fulfilled in us! Jesus spoke it into the world, and His word does not return to Him void, so we can be assured that it can be fulfilled in us! Hallelujah!

Hello Fluffy - nice thread. I'm sitting here trying to get over my 2nd cold in 3 weeks. Lots of hot tea and some coffee. Still working but lots of sniffing.

 Hello, FaithWoman and GrannyG! Welcome to the Coffee House!  I am so glad ya'll have dropped by! Hey, Granny, do you like lemon in your tea? Not only is it good, its got good vitamin c! This time of year is a bad one for colds. My hubby is fighting one off right now, poor thing. We are expecting freezing weather this week,  yuk! How's the weather on your end?Hey, Faithwoman! My sister in law used to live in New York, up by Yonkers therebout. They retired and moved to Kentucky. Beautiful place!
