Well, the posts say it was posted yesterday, but its still 5 minutes before it is tomorrow, so I am assuming they were posted on a Wednesday. (the last two posts before this one) which would technically be today.....

So how is my day?
Well, it seesaws back and forth.

Kept the 1 yr old grandson overnight and for most of the day. Tried to clean up after the holidays with a notquite-toddler underfoot.

And other issues were going on later that are confusing and bewildering and frustrating to say the least.

But, God is in control!

I am still His child!

He is my Rock and Salvation and I will rejoice in Him!!!

Oh, Violet! That is so pretty! How are you doing?
We have had several fires already. (I'm a volunteer firefighter)

Fire season has begun in earnest. We are just waiting for the big one. We've had lots of rain, lots of growth, no everything is tall, and dead.

There was a fire this afternoon where a little old lady tried to burn her trash, and one spark flew out and set the grass on fire. She barely made it into the house and called 911. By the time we got there, the fire was up to several buildings! Eeeek! But we got it put out pretty quick.

Her son kept the grass cut low around the house.
So there's no telling when I'll get to be on the computer! ha!

*Chuckles!* Like my dear Mum before me, I never look my true age. It's quite funny asking people to guess. And my Lady is younger n me, so that also helps and she helps me stay younger as well (I DON'T feel like I'm heading for 70) - so it's all a rather wonderful deal that the Lord did for us! Thankyou, Jesus!!
