Alrighty then, The Lord has blessed me so awesomely! My test came back showing no cancer! Praise the Lord.

I have given so much to him and he has cleaned so much up in my life.

I have a bondage that is still within me and that is smoking. I realize tonight that he can take this as well. I just need to give it to him.

I ask for your prayers. As I lay down tonight, I am giving that to him. I know he will provide the strength. Yes it is an addiction. I know he can provide so much more for me than the smoking and nicotine can.

I think at times I just try to do to much. and then feel like a failure. I am going to pray about it, but my thought tonite is to arise and put on the patch. I Know I will be still putting the nicotine in my system, but if I can break the habit part of the smoking and then wean off the nicotine.. just my thoughts.. any words of wisdom and encouragement welcome.

It has been so great to have victory in other aspects of my life. I know I can have this victory as well.

Hallelujah! Praise God for that good report!
Do not give up my sister, I watched my wife struggle with that very thing for years. She would try, fail, travail and cry out in desperation. One morning she woke up with a pack of cigarettes crushed in her hand and she knew God had given here victory. So keep trying and keep crying out, deliverance will surely come.

Faithwoman, be advised that the patch does NOT take AWAY the cravings. It only takes the edge off. But even a little bit helps! Determination, and the help of God will get you thru. Bless you, sweetie! We will be here for you!
