PPP: Perpetual Pestering Prayer...

What is prayer???
Some say it is requesting from God; what we have need of that He already knows that we are going to ask for...
Matthew 6:8
Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.
So why bother praying if He already knows that we have need???
Matthew 21:21-22
Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
Could it be that God desires that we call upon Him in prayer by faith to access His authority? We MUST NOT DOUBT His ability or call, we must SAY with our mouths and put "feet to our prayers" and He says: And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
Jude 1:20
But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
Praying builds us up in the faith; encouraging us and engaging the Holy Spirit as our Helper and Teacher.
Luke 18:4-5 (AMP)
And for a time he would not; but later he said to himself, Though I have neither reverence or fear for God nor respect or consideration for man, Yet because this widow continues to bother me, I will defend and protect and avenge her, lest she give me intolerable annoyance and wear me out by her continual coming or at the last she come and rail on me or assault me or strangle me.
I call this PPP or
My question is: Does God really want us to be a pest? Does He want to hear from us day and night until we get what we want or does He want us to trust Him SO MUCH that we will not turn away from Him and we will seek His Hand of provision before trying to provide for ourselves (the easy way out)...AH!
I admit, I have gone PPP...
Dr. Henry Cloud (Cloud and Townsend of the Boundaries Series) wrote a book called The Secret things of God. (take off of a secular/new age book called The Secret) Cloud's book is really good so far...I was just reading the chapter titled "You were created for a purpose" (Phillipian 2:13)
Philippians 2 (KJV)
1If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies,
2Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.

10That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

I guess they are only a secret until we search for them...

making our requests known to God in the manner that the wdow did with the Judge above.My question is: Does God really want us to be a pest?
