When I was growing up I was footloose and fancy free. My best friend and I would throw some clothes in the pickup Friday night and take off for a rodeo 150 miles away.
Even when my wife and I got married I was used to traveling for work and I would be gone for a week at a time. It was just something we were accustomed to.
Now I have 2 little heartbreakers that mean the absolute world to me and I can't stand to be gone at all. I think it actually makes me physically ill when I am away...

Hmmmm.... BLOG eh? @_o Well then, let us bloggorize. (It's a word now.)

Last night twas Halloween, or All Hallows Eve, or Night of the Dead, or whatever name it has nowadays. With the way this countries goin I wouldnt be suprized if they just put everything down as "Generic Holiday #26" Though that will probably only apply for Christian Holidays.

This Halloween came up FAST! We didn't even put out any decorations. But there were several groups of wee childrens...

Well this is my first blog ever.
Although my boys really enjoyed dressing up last night and going out in search of free candy, I am not sure that aftermath is worth it. Have you ever noticed that if you don't get your children to bed at their normal time they can become very cranky little bears. Oh my, let's just say this morning was interesting.

I have never blogged before...I'm assuming it's like a diary that everyone gets to read...so here I go!

As many of you know, I don't have anything to do with the holiday that falls on 10/31. But I don't begrudge those who do. Last night we had a total of 3 knocks at the door...ALL of them age 14 and above.

So I gave them each a fruit snack, a flier for our church, and teased them for being "too old" for this. They seemed to like being teased. One of them...
