Iread in history and in the Bible the persecution that many Christians have faced; the stoning, beheading,
crucifying, being fed to lions, and so much more. I look at, or read, about these brave men and women and I ask myself would it have been me? I ask myself would I have endured the suffering, pain, and humiliation? Would I have said yes to God come what may? Would I have boldly proclaimed Christ even in the face of death? I would like to think I would have, stood before death unafraid...

The rain has finally ceased and we're left with stunning views of the mountains out towards San Bernardino County, Big Bear, and Riverside. The weather is certainly "sunny" Southern California again so hopefully I'll be able to get out more.

I've been having a lot of good times with God and I think he is leading me to my time with equines. What it is? Who knows. But the LORD works in mysterious ways, doesn't he?

My first blog entry.

I've been doing good lately - just trying to keep my cool these days and get organized.

I hopefully will go riding soon, I miss jumping and horses are my calling. It's been so hard getting back to showing my horses that I've felt like I've lost apart of me. I've been praying to God to find me a good competition horse - I've been so afraid that I'll be turned down, again, because I can't afford the horse, etc. But I know God will give me that horse...

I seem to have found a home that is only a few clicks of a mouse away. Tonight I feel "high" on God's Divine Love. I finally confessed my problem where I live and the outpouring of love, help, and prayers have made me feel so very, very blessed.
I have a beautiful home already, but this is a home on my computer. Well, actually, my home isn't beautiful by ordinary standards. It's just a small hunting cabin but I do love it. I am so close to God there, I feel like I could almost touch...
