This is a recap of the Rules and Regulations that you agreed to during your registration. Please review this information BEFORE you post:

Statement of Faith

1) The Holy Scriptures, in it's original form, is the inerrant Word of God.
2) There is only one God who reveals Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
3) We are separated from God due to sin.
4) God's Son, Jesus Christ, was born of the virgin Mary, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again on the third day.
5) We can only be saved by repenting of sin, and accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior by faith as stated in John 3:16. (The faith mentioned here will produce actions)
6)This salvation is provided by the grace of God. We cannot be saved through our own efforts, our works or by the intervention of man on our behalf.

Mission

The Christian Forum Site exists for the following reasons:

1. To provide a friendly place for believers to discuss Biblical, theological and social issues in a rational manner.
2. To promote and support mutual spiritual growth and biblical learning among forum Users.
3. To provide a place of fellowship and prayer for believers.
4. But, most importantly to Glorify our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Forum Rules

Content of posts
Rule 1.1 All postings or messages express the views of the author, and not the owners of Christian Forum Site.

Rule 1.2 This is a strictly Moderated forum. The owners and staff of Christian Forum Site reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason. (Note: Staff includes Administrator, Moderators and Helpers)

Common courtesy
Rule 2.1 Common courtesy and civil dialogue is expected from all participants. Common courtesy is a generally understood concept and too broad to fully define here. In short, if you have doubt on whether you should say something, DON'T!

Rule 2.2 If someone disagrees with you do not immediately jump to the conclusion that they are not truly saved just because they disagree, there are differences of opinion in translating Biblical doctrine.

Unacceptable posts
Rule 3.1 Members may not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, demeaning, threatening, repeated in many posting areas (spam) or otherwise violative of any laws. Such posts will be deleted and the Member warned or banned.

Rule 3.2 Members may not post inflammatory remarks simply for the purpose of evoking reaction or starting fights with other Members, or promote a spirit of divisiveness in the community. Such posts will be deleted and the Member warned or banned.

3.2a Agenda driven topics have always sparked heated arguments and will be VERY CLOSELY monitored by Forum Staff. Warnings and or bans will be issued at the discretion of Forum Staff. Examples of agenda topics that will not be allowed include: homosexuality/gay rights, denominational bashing etc. The staff will use their discretion and if any member creates an agenda based topic not specifically mentioned above they will be informed by the staff and the thread deleted.

3.2b ChristianForumSite.com has a wide variety of members from around the World. This Forum does not allow the elevation of one Christian belief system over another. This is a violation of Regulations 3.1 and 3.2 in demeaning and belittling the beliefs of other Christians while promoting another system so as to create an atmosphere of superiority. Any such posts or threads will be removed and a reminder, warning or ban issued as necessary.

Rule 3.3 The Administrator and staff at Christian Forum Site will not allow the posting of any thread which contains current political content or current political office discussions. This subject matter is best dealt with in other forums because of the confrontational nature of this topic. Any member who starts such a thread will be given one warning as well as the thread being eliminated.

3.3a We do, however, allow discussions regarding political content contained within the Bible itself, such as that in Revelation 13 as one example, as long as only the Biblical texts are discussed.

False registration
Rule 4. Registration with false information is grounds for immediate and permanent banning.

Moderator/Helper requests
Rule 5.1 All Members are required to immediately comply with any Moderator or Helper request.

Rule 5.2 If you believe a Moderator/Helper directive is incorrect you should not discuss it in the community. Instead send a private message to the Administrator or the Team.

Personal Details - Postal address or email address
Rule 6.1 Do not give your personal details such as postal address or email address to anyone except the Administrator.

Rule 6.2 A Member may not ask other Members for the phone number, address, whether physical, email or instant message. If someone annoys you through email or PM, notify the Moderators or the Administrator immediately and we will notify the respective authorities about this behavior. Do not reply to unknown emails.

Rule 7. Our Forum contains links to other Web sites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are entering another Website for which The Christian Forum Site has no responsibility or liability. We encourage you to read the privacy statements on all such sites as their policies may be different from ours. The Moderators/Administrator at CFS cannot possibly monitor all the numerous daily postings of off-site linking. Anyone visiting a site linked at CFS by MEMBERS does so at your own risk. Be especially wary of those sites which sell products, services or ask for donations. Again, the Staff at CFS takes no responsibility what-so-ever in the claims or statements made in ANY linked sites. Please report postings here at CFS which contain objectionable material as well as objectionable material contained in offsite links posted by CFS members. Use the "Report Post" button below the poster's name to tell us about your concerns.

Copyright Issues
Rule 8. Any time that you "quote" someone else's works, you must be certain that there is a Copyright Â© Waiver posted in the original source indicating that you can quote all or part of that original author's work. If you just copy and paste text randomly without regard for the Copyrighting Â© of that text, you bring liability issues into the equation and we at CFS will take appropriate action to keep infringement issues out of this forum.
