Andiclare and Sweet Surrender my friends that woman in the vision is Israel.
John the baptist lept over close proximity with Jesus not his earthly vessel (although I am sure she was a nice girl). The Ark while it did bring blessing also killed any who approached it outside of an extremely specific set of rules- are you attributing that to that nice little Jewish girl?
The Ark itself had little value except that it bore the manifest presence of God and when not used in strict accordance with God's will it was of no use and sometimes the source of death.

It was only when the blood was applies to the mercy seat which covered the law that man could meet with God. Mary is not seen having blood poured on her nor is she the intercessor between God and man as that office belongs solely to Christ:
1Ti 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
