I'm officially on the WHirlwind diet.

Recent changes :
- Protein shakes in the morning
- creatine serving the morning of non workout days, and right before and after the workout on workout days
- 2 hardboiled eggs every day as a snack
- a bowl of veggies as late night snack
- no more cardio
