I don't know how big of a seafood guy I am, but I like my fish'n'chips, tuna...
I'm starting to incorporate a lot of fish in my diet. Look at the nutrition facts on COD. Quite nice besides the cholesterol. You need to go elsewhere for your carbs and stuff of course, but look at the high quality protien.
As for the cholesterol just eat Cheerios right? lol.
