Oh yeah, Here is my workout (I take weekends off, so when I said every day I should have said 5 days a week)
1) Run 5K and try to beat my time
2) Abs machine
3) Back (rowing and pull down)
4) Arms (free weights)
5) Bike on high intesity 10 mins (legs)
6) Swim for 15 mins to loosen up
7) steam room
I don't work my legs because they're already tree trunks, and my upper body is that of your average veggitarian

So that needs work.
