Hah. I lift everyday, alternating arms and legs every other day, and do cardio every day, working out for a total of 1:45:00 per day. I gave up soda almost completely and started eating way healthier. IS THAT NOT ENOUGH!?!?!?!?!?!?!???

How about, do you work out and how much?
