Pay the grocery now or the dx lately ??? I think Salmon and Flaxseed have omega 3... Flaxseed have to be grinded to be of effect I heard recently...
About prices... maybe you can buy in bulk, and split the cost with other people... That is what my mother-in-love use to do...
